Shipping policy

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is ready to travel. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders with a post-discount merchandise subtotal of CAD $150 or more. Orders below the threshold are charged the shipping amount shown at checkout. Carrier and service are selected based on the destination, parcel and current service availability.
